- North America Missing Children Association (NAMCA) is a nationally registered not-for-profit organization (Charitable Registration #89969-6553-RR0001). Our purpose is to help locate missing, lost or abducted children and adults. We work with policing agencies by passing on important information that will assist in locating missing individuals. Once NAMCA is notified that a person is missing, we gather information from the parent, guardian or police and have them sign an authorization form.
