Kurt Miller

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Kurt Miller studied Political Science and the German language at Wabash College before attending the Robert H. McKinney School of Law as a Wabash Law Fellow. Graduating law school in May of 2020 and subsequently passing the summer bar exam, Kurt’s legal practice began at the Indiana Office of the Attorney General where he completed their Intensive Deputy Attorney General program before receiving assignment to the Advisory Division where he counseled numerous state boards and agencies. Following two years of service to the state, Kurt joined Lauth Investigations International, Inc. as General Counsel.

Kurt is a homeowner and active urban farmer in downtown Indianapolis. Kurt enjoys traveling, SCUBA diving whenever possible, and writing poetry. Recently, Kurt has taken on the task of helping maintain the Miller family farm in Muncie, Indiana which was founded by Kurt’s great-grandfather in 1915. Additionally, Kurt takes his civic associations seriously: he is a twenty-two year member of the Indianapolis Coin Club, a member of the Columbia Club, a member of the Sons of the American Revolutionary War, a brother of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, and a graduate of the Indiana Leadership Forum.

Peter Kovacs has practiced law in Indiana for over 25 years. As a Partner in a local law firm, and now as a sole practitioner, Peter has represented small to medium sized businesses in a variety of ways including regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. Peter is admitted to practice in the Indiana State Courts, and the Southern District of Indiana. Prior to being admitted to practice in Indiana Peter was a Supervisor in Foreign Treasury Operations for both Goldman Sachs and HSBC Bank in New York City. Peter graduated from the University of Connecticut, Storrs with a B.A. in Economics in 1984 and from Indiana University Law School, Indianapolis with a J.D. in 1992.
