Jessica is a claims support specialist for Lauth Investigations. Originally from Connecticut, Jessica studied Business at Southern Connecticut State, and Criminal Justice at Lincoln College of New England. Jessica moved to Colorado in 2018 to be closer to her family. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys being outdoors and cooking food for those close to her, occasionally cooking for the office!

Alma Galvan is a recruiting coordinator with 3 years of successful experience in hiring and employee management. Alma regularly keeps up with recruiting and marketing training to help showcase new recruiting trends. She is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and keeps up with these trends to ensure we hire top talent to fit our culture. Alma comes from a 7-year background in clinical pharmacy. Alma enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found riding on hilly country roads with her 2 teenagers. She is an entrepreneur and owns 2 small businesses and has plans to write a book about childhood trauma

ZACH MARQUIS

Zach Marquis is a graduate of Marshall University with a Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communications. An amateur film maker, comic writer, and Seahawks fan, his unique skillset for story telling and critical eye allows him to naturally fit as Lauth’s Social Media Coordinator. A proud son of West Virginia, Zach moved to Colorado in 2022 in pursuit of a new story to tell.

ANNE MARIE SCHMITZ

The Heir Search Division is excited to have Anne Marie Schmitz as one of their Probate Researchers! She has over 15 years of genealogy research experience. Prior to becoming a probate researcher, she worked as a private kindergarten teacher and holds a Master of Education degree and Master’s degree in History.  You can find Anne Marie spending time with her family, old house hunting, baking, and photography in her spare time.  

ALLISON KOTTER

Allison Kotter is a professional genealogist pursuing accreditation through ICAPGen in the Southeast United States. Her professional genealogy skills and processes have been honed through a variety of genealogical education including the Research Like a Pro Study Group, Research Like a Pro with DNA Study Group, the ICAPGen Level 1 Study Group, the Becoming An Accredited Genealogist Professional SLIG course, multiple Family History courses as BYU, and work as an heir investigator for Lauth Investigations. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in psychology with a minor in statistics. She loves using the research skills she learned in college to solve family mysteries. When she is not doing genealogy, she is focused on spending as much time with her two little girls as possible
